A firm favourite at Flos - Our yearly Yoga & PYO flowers is back!
We will be hosting two Outdoor Yoga sessions at the plot this year, followed by a chance to Pick-Your-Own bunch of organic blooms from the Flos flower field.
An hour of energy boosting yoga amongst the flowers in the warm Summer months. You will be guided though an invigorating session led by Kate Turner, giving you a chance to reconnect with your body and nature.
There will be tea & coffee available alongside a chance to catch up with friends. You will then get access to the Flos flower beds where you will be able to PYO your own bunch of organic, locally grown blooms. Beth will show you around & guide you through how & what to pick.

- Booking confirmation: You'll receive an email receipt followed by a WhatsApp message with directions and parking instructions before your event.
- Weather: Sessions are weather-dependent, but we do have a canopy roof so we can go ahead rain or shine. In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
- Equipment: PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT
- Footwear: The ground can be a little uneven with the odd nettle or spike — please wear socks if you fancy and take care underfoot.
- Flower picking: scissors are provided for picking your blooms.
- Booking: Please ensure you've selected the correct date in the Webshop.
- Parking: There's plenty of parking on the farm in the field adjacent to Flos. If wet, Beth will direct you to park under the trees.
- Accessibility: Please get in touch if you have any accessibility requirements and we'll do our best to help.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts to get settled and find your spot.
- This is a working plot, so please take care as there can be trip hazards. Sensible shoes are advised and take care of yourself and the flowers.
