Jane's expertise in wild edibles & Beth's knowledge of growing edible garnishes & herbs for the restaurant trade - we team together to discover the beauty & distinction between foraged vs. cultivated edibles. Jane will guide you on a foraging walk in & around the flower farm & Beth will share what flowers can be grown for your own edible flowers at home. We will prepare natural floral tea infusions, plant edible flower seeds & will get hands on preparing your own edible treats to enjoy together.
